Cancellation Policy

We get it — sometimes plans change. At Gadget-e-Ishq, we do our best to accommodate cancellations if caught in time.

🕒 Order Cancellation Window

• You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it — no questions asked.

• Once your order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

📦 Orders Already Shipped

If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our [Refund Policy] once it is delivered. Simply refuse the delivery or contact us after receiving it for return instructions.

💰 Refund for Cancelled Orders

• If your cancellation is approved, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

⚠️ Exceptions

We reserve the right to cancel your order in the following cases:

• Product becomes unavailable or out of stock

• Payment was unsuccessful or flagged

• Incorrect pricing or technical error

In such cases, we’ll notify you immediately and process a full refund.
